Suggested Use: Spoon out a small amount of coffee scrub, apply to damp skin, and exfoliate in a circular motion. Use warm water to rinse off the remaining solid particles. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer. 

For face application, it is recommended to only use approximately 1-2 times per week. For rough areas of the body, use 2-3 times per week as needed. Please note that a little goes a long way. Irritation may occur due to excessive scrubbing.
