📦 Order Status
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email as proof of submission.
Orders placed after 7pm CST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information. You can also track your order from the Order History section in your account.
Please allow 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from order date to delivery. This includes 3–4 days for processing and additional time for shipping, which may vary during peak seasons.
Note: USPS has slowed down operations, which may affect delivery times. Many items are custom made to order, requiring additional processing time.
🚚 Failed Delivery Attempts – Return to Sender
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or similar error during checkout:
• You’ll be responsible for reshipping fees
• If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
📏 Sizing Accuracy
• BBF Luxe, Platinum & Bold collections are true to size unless specified in bold writing in the product description.
Refer to the individual sizing charts on each product page for best results.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
• You cannot change size, quantity, or items once fulfillment begins
• You can update your shipping address or cancel the order before processing starts. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Yes, returns are accepted under certain conditions.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

BBF By Amber does NOT have access to your card details. We only see the payment method used and whether the transaction was approved or declined.
