Have an issue with your purchase?
BBF By Amber offers a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date your item is marked as delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• You must provide the emailed invoice or proof of purchase
• Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return

To initiate a return:

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
For returns not due to damage, defect, or incorrect items (e.g., color or design preferences):
- You are responsible for return shipping fees
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If approved:
- BBF will email you a prepaid return label
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package
- You will not be charged for return shipping or restocking
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Place a new order for the correct item
- Return the original item for a refund once received and approved
Note: Exchanges for non-defective items (e.g., color or design) will incur a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
