Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed after 5pm CST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order from the Order History section on your account page.

Shipping times and carrier availability may vary by region. International orders may be subject to customs processing and additional delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow 4–10 business days from the date of order to final delivery. This includes processing and shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Note: Some items are custom made to order and may require additional processing time.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping is included; expedited options may be available at checkout.
Important Delivery Disclaimers
Failed Delivery Attempts – Return to Sender
If a package is returned to BBF due to incorrect address information or similar errors during checkout, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping fees. If you choose not to have the package resent, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
To avoid disruptions, please verify your delivery address carefully when placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
Once your order has shipped, we rely on trusted carriers (USPS, UPS) to deliver your package. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
BBF is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, as they are no longer within our control once shipped. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist you in navigating this process.
